My Opinion About Buttman:
John Stagliano has had a porn career stretching back to 1983 and for all intents and purposes he is the father of gonzo porn. He no longer participates in sex scenes, but this hasn't stopped him from making some of the most exciting anal hardcore films on the planet, even though he was initially renowned for his butt fetish videos. The great news is that his site Buttman delivers as much ass to worship as anal sex to get off on.
As it turns out, the site claims to house all exclusive content. Now, some of these movies are from years gone by, so it was likely possible (and may still be) to actually purchase these titles on DVD. However, one has to ask themselves why bother when you can get over 484 full-length scenes by becoming a member of Buttman. It's a really good deal if you ask me, especially when you factor in the 44 bonus sites including RoccoSiffredi, GapingAngels and Anal Acrobats. There is certainly no shortage of ass and anal content here and like the videos on Buttman, a lot of it comes in gonzo-style.
Updates are coming at a great pace with at least two to four new scenes added every week. However, with this being said, only the last 93 (plus any new scenes) are available in HD. You get a cross between super clear and grainy films, but since some titles are older, this may have more to do with the original video print than the quality of the delivery. Still, HD videos cannot be downloaded. Instead, they're available through an embedded Flash player (960x540) although the streaming is continuous and very good. Downloads are offered in low and high (2190kbps, 720x480) quality WMV, which is fine, but it would be great to have other format options available. Ultimately, the movies look good, but like I said, some of the titles are older.
The videos come with sets of roughly 50 to 150 pictures, although older films come with captures. There are 98 really great looking sets, but photos open in a Flash viewer and these images are scaled so that you can browse the pictures easily online. The site doesn't make the sets easy to download. There aren't any Zip files and you have to do a bit of finagling in order to even save one 1280x853 picture. However, I really love the sensual lighting in a lot of these pictures and there are some really gorgeous ass and anal shots, particularly the sets associated with "Fashionistas Safado", which also happened to be the title of my favourite series of scenes - talk about a hot mix of fetish and hardcore!
Other movies have less emphasis on fetishes like latex, for example, and punctuate ass fetish and anal sex with glowing oiled asses and gaping holes. There are mostly seasoned stars around here, but there are also some fresh faces I wasn't all that familiar with. It's easy to track the types of girls. Using the category list you'll uncover blondes, Asians and ebony babes, but there is a dropdown list if you have a specific name in mind. Categories are diverse, and while anal is a big part of the site, Stagliano provides plenty of variety from lesbians to toys to rimming and group sex.
Final Verdict:
I'm not sure I've ever truly appreciated John Stagliano the way I should. However, after watching a handful of movies including scenes from Fashionitas Safado, I have to admit that I am overly impressed. Don't get me wrong, he does everything well here, except maybe deliver HD downloads and multiple formats, but his newest string of additions to the site are more than a little thrilling and lust-quenching. He definitely proves that he's a force to be reckoned with when it comes to delivering hard, exciting porn.
